Good supplement so far. I take the recommended dose of 3 per day. I've only been taking for about a month but I just started noticing that my skin is looking better especially my arms. They always look old and wrinkled because of my age but they really do look and feel better lately. They are capsules and and quite easy to swallow. I haven't really noticed if my hair is thicker or longer but I bought them for skin. Good value. Read more
