I ordered these pants and absolutely love them for work or pleasure. They are comfortable, stylish and beautifully made. The fabric is high quality and fits nicely. It looks tasteful and attractive. I found these run large. I first ordered a size 10 and needed to return it for a size 8. I am 5’3” and weigh 143 lbs with more of an apple shape, so I carry more belly fat than butt fat. I bought a pair of these pants at Nordstroms 10 years ago. I needed a new pair, Nordstrom didn’t have them and I found them here. They fit perfectly, the length is great and the quality is too! These are so soft and stretchy. I'm 5'2" and 118 lbs and I ordered a 2 the first time and they were too big. I reordered a zero in petite and they fit great. So they do seem to run a little big. These are great for work. They are comfortable (have a bit of stretch and give) and they also have belt loops so that they can look very stylish. The length is great , especially if you are 5’4” it falls just on the top of your shoes -so no altering. They drape nicely and have pockets that you can actually put your hands in. These are the most beautiful slacks I've ever owned. The fabric is luscious, soft and buttery but still substantial. If I were still working I would have several pairs. I bought the java and the light sage green as they were both on sale. Since I retired I had mainly only jeans, and I sometimes need something a little dressier. They do run quite large. For reference I am 5'5" and weigh 155. I usually wear an 8 at this weight and a 6 at my preferred weight of 145. I ordered both sizes and tried on the 6 first. The 6 fits perfectly, so the 8s are going back. When I get back to my preferred weight, I may have to buy size 4. Just for conversation, when I was in my 20s I weighed 125 and wore a size 9/10. I have found my favorite pants that look good on variety of bodies. I have a hard time finding pants that offer comfort and proper fit for my mid size body and these pants are perfect.
