Super cute, but definitely on the firmer side!

Was a little hesitant to buy a couch online but I’m glad I took the risk! tbh it is pretty firm (like, don't expect to sink into it like a cloud), but my husband has a bad back so he actually prefers it this way. It gives great support and doesn't look sloppy after sitting on it. The customer service is honestly unmatched though. They actually reached out to make sure everything arrived okay.
