Very happy with these. Not too thick for my regular shoes, soft, warm, & comfy. Some shrinkage occurs with drying due to high wool content, but either expect that or hang to dry Read more

These are warm, thin and comfortable. I needed some thin wool socks to wear with shoes and boots and these work very well. The material is soft and the fit is comfortable. Some socks have a tight ankle band, but these do not. I would definitely order more. Read more

Soft, thin but very warm! I wanted thinner high quality socks to wear with loafers, but they had to be warm and moisture wicking. These do not disappoint! Finally, a thin, warm sock to wear when it’s cold that truly keep your feet warm and comfortable! Read more

I most often use wool blend socks in the winter since my feet get cold. These Merino wool socks are not the thickest socks I have, but they are comfortable and wash well with no shrinkage. They actually get softer after washing. These socks are warm enough for winter, but they also work well for warmer weather since they aren't very thick. The color variety isn't the greatest, but they offer the basic colors. Overall, I am happy with these socks, but prefer some of the thicker blends for winter. UPDATE 12/10/25: For the most part, I still like these socks, but had a problem with them today that I haven't had previously. They have a seam that goes over the toes and around the big toe and little toe on each side. Today, my little toe starting hurting, and I found that the pain was caused by the placement of this seam. I adjusted the sock to move the seam and relieve the pain, but this is just a note that the thickness of the seam can cause some pain on toes when on a joint. It may become necessary to adjust placement of the seam to alleviate pain. I hope this review was helpful for you. Read more

i have a lot of problems with my feet, so most socks do not work for me. I was pretty much down to only wearing Bombas which have a true seamless toe and are very comfortable, but also very expensive and do not hold up at all. I searched through Amazon and found these socks and thought for the price they were worth a try. There have seamless toes, they are a nice weight, not too heavy nor too thin, they have held up well through multiple washes and wears, and seem to work well in all my footwear. At around $5.00 a pair if they hold up for 6 months I'll be very happy. Pretty decent sock for a crazy good price. Be aware they are mostly merino wool so they can run warm Read more

Soft without being too thick for sneakers, very comfortable, holds up well on the lower legs and to time. Kept my sneakered feet warm in the start of Alaska's and Ireland's Spring but they're breathable enough for all weather except the height of summer. Read more

I needed a pair of socks to wear with black loafers, and I love these. They’re very soft and comfortable. The quality appears better than most brands. I’ve washed them and dried them flat and they are just like new. I didn’t get any blisters on my heel wearing my loafers. They don’t feel slippery at all and are not tight like compression socks. They’re just right. Read more

These socks are marketed as liners to be worn under other socks, but I use them alone as lightweight wool summer socks. (I am wearing a pair right now.) I bought them in beige, a color that might be described as 'nude,' and though they are not exactly flesh-colored, they're close enough to pass for that trendy 'no socks' look. They are wool, so they are absorbent, don't hold odors, and are designed to be worn several times between washings - yeah, I know, that was a hard adjustment for me, too... For socks this light, they are remarkably sturdy and are holding up very well to the near-constant use I have given them over the summer. And they are so much softer than ordinary cotton or synthetic socks - there's just no comparison. I may get some more in different colors for next summer. Meantime, I'm content to enjoy all the benefits of wool socks without the bulk. And who knows? Maybe if it gets really cold this winter I'll try them out as liners. Read more
