Got these for my husband as he got tired of taking multiple different vitamins and spending the hefty cost to do so. Got these at the end of October, and he takes them in a specific cycle (2 pills the first two days, then 1 pill for four days, then takes a break for one day, then repeat) and within two weeks we noticed a HUGE difference in load amount and rebound time in the same day. He now takes one pill everyday before bed and there has been no decrease in either department. On the taste side of things, however, I have personally not noticed a difference, unfortunately. My review of this product is based on what it did compared to a different product that did work. In 2002 I found a product called Mioplex. That stuff was the bomb. It worked great! After only a few days, semen volume increased dramatically. Unfortunately, the company was sold and the new owner stopped producing it. Since then I've tried several different products including one called Ogoplex, the bottle looked similar if not the same as Mioplex but a different name, I thought possibly it was the same just in a different bottle and name. Nope! Didn't work. Nothing has worked. I just completed a month on this product, following the 4 a day recommendation and I'm sorry to say, it did absolutely nothing for me. A waste of money. First of all i am 77 and of course not the young man i was once. Lack of semen one problem...Of course ED plays in this whole formula. Ordered this product a little over one month ago. Only take 2 pills a day as I have read that many who have written up say this is what they take. I like to have 'me time' when the other half is away or tired (at least three times a week). Lately she has been very busy with little sleep so I let her! What i have noticed in the last two weeks of 'me time' the load has definitely been MUCH better. This medication does it job. You need to be consistent with it for 2-3 weeks to show results. I would give it 5 stars however there is side effect that you might not noticed. I go to my doctors twice a year and I happen to use VitaliBoost for 5 months. I get blood tests done to see if anything is wrong with my body and it turns out Vitalboost elevated my liver enzymes. This means you have a higher chance to be prone to Hepatitis A or B, developing fatty liver disease and autoimmune diseases like Celiac disease. I stopped taking Vitaliboost for a month and did an updated blood test and my liver enzymes went back to normal. In my opinion, take this only short-term- do not make it a part of your life. While yes you can achieve better load and orgasm it’s not worth destroying your liver and possibly an inevitable hospital bill. *Notes - I don’t take any supplements, Vitaliboost was my very first supplement and I was curious if stuff like this works - I excerise regularly- twice a week, height 5’8, weight 130lbs. - I rarely drink alcohol and if I do I drink 1 beer or a couple shots of Soju - I took Vitalboosts as directed: 4 capsules once a day after a meal with a cup (8 oz) of water.
