These are decent, basic pants. The care instructions are to wash on cold and hang dry. Personally, I don't like to hang dry cotton pants because they end up looking too wrinkly so I put them in the dryer on medium for about 15 minutes. They turned out fine and looking much like the listing picture. That said, if you are going put them in the dryer, size up one size because they will shrink as cotton does. They are a bit stiff at the outset, but I expect they will soften up nicely with repeated washings. Overall construction is nice and well made. Read more

I really like these. I purchased my regular size, and, out of the package, they fit as expected. After the washing and drying cycle, there was no shrinkage. The pants fit the same after washing. These pants are surprisingly comfortable! I wore them to work with a comfortable dress shirt and honestly, I have lounge pants for the house that aren’t this comfortable. I felt like I was wearing PJ pants all day. They looked nice as office attire. The wide legs are no joke, they are definitely wide! I wear boot cut jeans, but this flare more than a typical boot cut. I thought they would be too much flare, but I really like the way the look and feel. I got the black so it would go with anything, but I will probably purchase at least one more pair in a different color. These are some of the most comfortable pants I have for work now. These pants are very wide-legged - 13-inches across. The material feels more like linen even though it says it is only 10% linen and 90% cotton. It has a very slightly rough finish. The elastic waist is tight, wide and strong enough that I don't need to use the drawstring at all. The pockets are nice and fairly deep. I ordered a large and they fit me well.
