This looks exactly like the trick lighter I used to have that used a AAA battery, but this is a mere shell of that device. The tickle is so weak that nobody even notices it! If people don’t even notice that they are being shocked then the joke has failed. Read more
I chose the most inexpensive electric shocking lighter offered. It satisfied the purpose. It wasn't the best quality, but you get what you pay for. And that's cool. The only "shock"s this lighter gave me was the "shock" of it arriving in pieces, the "shock" that the required AAA battery did not fit inside anywhere and the "shock" that the instructions on the back of the package were so unclear that I had no prayer of reassembling this defective product.
