I recently started using the Logitech 4K Pro Webcam for work and streaming, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The 4K resolution delivers a clear, sharp image — video calls, meetings, and livestreams look much more professional than with a typical built-in laptop camera. The setup was straightforward — plug it in and it worked without fuss. The built-in microphone with noise‑cancellation is a nice bonus: voices come through clearly even in noisier environments. The wide field of view and good color balance make it versatile for different setups (solo calls, group calls, or desk‑based streaming). ✅ What I like • Excellent image quality: 4K resolution makes video crisp and detailed — far better than standard 720p or 1080p webcams.  • Plug-and-play & easy setup: It worked out of the box without complicated configuration.  • Good field of view / framing: The view is wide enough to comfortably fit more than just your face — good for streaming, presentations, or showing more background.  • Noise‑canceling mic: Built‑in audio is decent for calls and meetings without needing an external mic.  ⚠️ Things to know / What could be better • Auto‑exposure / focus can be a bit sensitive: In some cases, if lighting isn’t ideal, the camera switches exposure frequently — causing grain or inconsistent brightness.  • Software required for best configuration: To really get good image quality and the correct aspect ratio/quality settings, you may need to install extra software (e.g. from the manufacturer). Otherwise the default might not show full potential.  • Price is higher than basic webcams: It’s more expensive than entry-level webcams, so if you just want something for casual video calls, it might be “overkill.”  • Some reports of lower‑than‑expected quality depending on setup: A few customers said video quality didn’t feel significantly “4K” in their experience, especially when lighting or system setup was suboptimal. When you have a laptop that allows you to login via facial recognition, turns out you want that when your laptop is docked at your desk. Unfortunately for me, the laptop is closed behind my monitors so could not use the camera. Replaced my Logi 920 with this and now have quick login (how long before I forget my password????) The camera I received seems to be an older version as evidenced by the appearance of the front panel not having the circular graphic around the lens. It works fine but of course I cannot tell if there are any differences with the internal components compared to the newer version. When installed, it shows up on my PC as "Brio" which is what the product used to be named, so maybe the one they sent me is years old? Also notable is that the housing had greasy fingerprints on it that took some polishing to remove, but it came off all right. The camera image is nice and crisp. Be sure to install the LogiTune software in order to control the camera's functions. I used it to bring down the saturation as my appearance was decidedly too yellow. Read more

Given This camera has been out for some time already it still holds up Perfectly well for it’s purpose, But it does require some software adjustments to make it Absolutely Top-Notch. I personally use the recommended LogiCam software and make sure to adjust the settings (focused specifically on High framerate so 1080p 60fps via USB 3.0 connection) to my liking before then going over to OBS and making sure to have the game source’s render delay filter set to 200ms just to be sure the gameplay is synced up to the actual time the camera naturally runs at from my findings. Also make sure your mic/input audio is the same delay in it’s advanced setting. I also use the blue yeti x mic with it’s own community made Top-Rated clarity profile, and it doesn’t have any delay naturally so that too is adjusted to 200ms delay just like every other audio source in OBS.
