We have our cable connected to the group speakerphone and the audio is terrible now. The audio pops and cracks no matter what we use to call into this system. We ended up using the original (shorter) cable that came with your logitech group system. Maybe this is a faulty one off, but for now I do not recommend. Read more

POOR QUALITY, BUT NECESSARY FOR LARGE CONFERENCE ROOMS

I purchased one of these for the conference room we are building at my work. Note that Logitech uses some kind of proprietary technology for this connection rather than USB, meaning you need to buy this ridiculously expensive cable for your camera or microphone to work. The advertisement claims it is a 10-meter cable, but don't be fooled: ours was really two 5-meter cables crudely spliced together. Despite being "conduit-routable design," the first one we ordered broke at the splice when we tried pulling it through our conduit, and we will need to get a replacement. This is incredibly disappointing quality for a cable that costs $100, especially when a powered USB 3.0 would be around $35 or less. In short: the cable is of very poor quality, but the ONLY one available for Logitech brand cameras / microphones that I have found. Read more
