Really pretty skirt, very light weight, fits well, not bulky in spite of all the tulle layers, and it's not see-through. Elastic waist is very stretchy, easily accommodates your body. Price is okay, could be better. I like the skirt, I was surprised by how well it fits. It's a little long, but I will remove the bottom row of ruffles, it's pretty easy. Material is soft and not itchy at all. Has a liner, shorter than the skirt. Color is accurate. Quality seems to be good. It is minimally flowy, not a lot. It's slightly stretchy, it has some give, but not much. Very romantic, you can dress it up with a nice blouse and heels, or casual with a t-shirt and sneakers. I might get another color. Recommended. This skirt is adorable and really fun to wear. The waistband is stretchy, so you don’t have to stress too much about fit—though I’d still recommend ordering your regular size or even sizing down slightly. For reference, I’m 5'3", and wearing it high-waisted, it hit just above my ankles. One detail I loved is that the bottom portion doesn’t have the same backing as the rest of the skirt, so you can slightly see your shins or boots through it, which adds a really nice touch. Considering that it was made in China, quality was not bad, the skirt look better than I expected, but the length is not long enough for a tall woman (I’m 5’9) I wish it would be 3in longer. It definitely runs small, order a couple sizes up. I wear L, ordered XL, but it’s still pretty tight, 2XL probably would work better, but I’ll not re-ordering due to the length is too short for me. I love the flowy, feminine look. This shirt will look good with my western boots or my summer sandals. Dress it up or dress it down...very versatile.
