They just don't work

No matter what I try these just will not connect to Wi-Fi. I have dedicated 2.4GHz APs for IoT, the phone and router are all nearby the plug, the device blinks blue which means connecting but it never connects. I tried all of them and none of them work. Absolute junk. Read more

I was excited to try this smart plug to make my home a little smarter, but it has been more trouble than it's worth. The "Super Easy Setup" description is pretty misleading. The app setup process was complicated, and I had a lot of trouble getting the plug to connect to my Wi-Fi, which was very frustrating. Read more

Using 5ghz network. though it can do 2.4. Couldn't figure out how to make it work. Not impressed by vendor's tech support or documentation. Both a Bluetooth mesh directly compatible with Alexa. Did spend a couple hours trying. Read more
