Great for home and travel
Overall: I like these a lot and use them every night. They come with different size tips and mine don't fall out at night after selecting the right size (does take some trial/error). I also think the silicone gives them a bit of stickiness vs a foam plug. I like how small the case is (about a US quarter) for travel. Comfort: comfortable for daily use and don't leave my ear sore. Noise blocking quality: I've tried a lot of ear plugs as I'm a noise sensitive sleeper. These are not perfect but do a nice job - about the same as moldable silicone plugs and much superior to foam. They block out common noises like an AC unit, dog panting, overhead airplane and cars but don't block out things like emergency service sirens. Difference between Quiet 1 and Quit 2: I have the original and the second edition. The design is slightly different (open plug center vs closed plug center) but there is no discernable difference in fit or noise blocking. Read more
