They ruined it
They ruined it with the new formulation. Lorac liquid liner was my ride or die for years, but this new "water resistant" version is junk. It comes off too easily, and on a couple of occasions left me with parts of my liner missing — embarrassing. I had to start carrying it in my bag to correct it while I started shopping for a new liner. Please go back to a waterproof formulation, Lorac! Read more

I have been using Lorac’s Front Of The Line liquid eyeliner for a long time. I was really bummed when they discontinued it, and starting selling this one. I had a hard time finding a liquid liner that didn’t feather on my middle-aged eyelids! I am, however, very pleased with it and actually like it more than the older version!
