It’s not entirely smudge and water proof however I have very oily skin, so I’m not sure it’s so much a product issue so much as just my experience. Important to know if you have oily skin though. I love the coverage, I love the ease of removal. I mostly use it on my top lid and it holds for hours. It held well after a 6 hour day in 90°+ weather with 90% humidity with heavy activity. It lasts fairly well. I’ve never had issues with the liner stick being unattached or breaking off. The twist to push out the liner is really nice because I highly dislike sharpeners. I use this product on the inside of my upper eye lid. It lasts most of the day if I don't rub my eyes. It lasts longer than other products I have tried. It is less expensive that similar products. Read more
I've used this product for years and have never had a problem with it, at all. I could just quickly draw the 4 lines and was finished in less than a minute. This product from Amazon was extremely dry, constantly broke off, flaked all over the place and would take ten minutes to finally get some semblance of the line. I originally bought this product for eyeliner, but it didn't work well. So then I decided to try it in my eyebrows and I really like it, it looks more natural. It works well to fill bald spots in the brow. I probably wouldn't use it to over draw brows. Updated Review! After receiving this product I used it and it seems different, more creamy.
