Oily eyelids
For Oily eyelids it stays for the day as long as I am not doing constant sweaty things. It does stay put once dry, the color black is matted but very black which is nice.Doesn’t irritate my contacts which is a plus! Tip makes precise lines. Other than that it is not waterproof will start to get messy if you are constantly sweating. If you wear this to an active jumping raving party don’t use this eyeliner you will look like a raccoon. I have been buying Loreal Telescope eyelinder with a blue top for over 15 years. I've had it on subscription for over 5 years and it has discontinued. Since it's loreal i tried this eye liner.
