Bad sizing; customer support useless

I got the M which is listed as a 30" waist, but it felt big on me so I measured - it's actually 31.5". I emailed customer support to see if they could assist in determining whether this was an aberration with my specific pair (in which case I would have done a replacement) or an issue with the pants in general. They didn't read the email properly and simply responded with return instructions. I sent two follow-ups to no avail - they ignored both of them. I wouldn't trust this company to change a lightbulb. Package came a little beat up but overall the pants are amazing quality with very heavy cotton and there wasn’t any damage done to the pants themselves. There is no choice when it comes to sizing but I received mine in a large which fit perfectly. Read more
