Great quality
I ordered 2 of these in "Navy With Hood Personalized" in Medium as wedding gifts. The color is more of a very pretty shimmery cobalt blue (the picture in the listing reflects this). The size was as expected and a great comfy fit/length for 5'9 slimmer people. They are very soft and the hood is a great feature. They came with pairs of basic dollar store looking slippers, but I wasn't expecting anything grand out of those anyway. As for the customer service - fantastic. The embroidery on my order wasn't quite up to par so I contacted the seller and they were prompt to respond and sent out replacements immediately. Great buy! Definitely recommend! My only suggestion is to choose a thicker font if ordering them customized. Read more

Arrived earlier than expected. Absolutely beautiful! I ordered the navy blue. Very rich color, soft plush, perfect weight (not too heavy but warm and comfy), size great and the monogram was excellent. Matching slippers included with the robe. I’d seen them in the pic but didn’t realize they came with the robe. This order was for me. I plan to order additional robes as gifts. They also enclosed a beautifully worded thank you card.
