Color: White Leaves - The white leaves almost look like they have a slight light blue/light aqua blue tint to them. The background looks like a dark dark Navy. I’m not mad about it, I just thought it was more of a black and white print looking at the photo on AZN. I’ll attach a photo taken on my black office chair with a black eyeglass cloth in it for contrast. I’m not disappointed, but wanted to give a heads up if you were thinking it has a black background like I did when viewing it online. Fabric weight: The fabric is very soft and is not the kind of knit that snags on my rough gardeners hands. It is not too thick or thin, but seems just right. There are reviewers complaining about one pocket being a mistake by being upside down. Well they did not read the description of the item, because it is supposed to be upside down for tennis balls. Disregard those reviews, or look for another skort if you want two regular pockets. I think it is very cute. I wore it today and have received many compliments on it. The fit is great, the length is great. I ordered a size L. I'm 5'3" and weight about 175. I think I'll order another one in a different color. - Maybe more than one. :) Read more
AMAZING!!! Love this skort. Received many compliments on style and the beautiful color pallet. Found this to be a great skirt and the bonus is the built in shorts. Unbelievably comfy!!! Paired it with soft pink v neck t shirt and office appropriate for work. Will wear on other occasions as it can be dressed up with any free flow blouse or with a casual summer t shirt will be just as cute. Length was perfect, I am 5’7 and it hit just above my knees. Nicely made and fits well. Very comfortable although the under shorts tend to bunch up my thigh when sitting and don't always fall back into place. I am disappointed there is no pocket in waste area for a key. Yes, I can use the pocket on the under shorts but then I have a bulge on my hip. Read more
The Lou Keith multi-colored knee length skort was a perfect length for me. The waistband is comfortable and fits perfectly. The shorts underneath are larger than described but no one will see them. The fabric is soft and yet holds its shape. I haven't worn them yet but I am very pleased with the product. I am a thin, size 2 and the small fits well. The XS was too tight. I bought the same skort in white and it came with no tags, a dinghy white color and about 1-2 inches wider in the waist and hips. I am returning it immediately. I’m tall so this is a perfect length. It’s very well made the quality is similar to the $85 skirts in the pro shop. The fabric is light weight which I appreciate because most of these skirts are so heavy they sometimes feel like they are slipping down. More fitted than Aline skirts. I love it! The fabric on the skort is really nice, beautiful in fact. However, I really wish I had only ordered one pair until I had tried them out. I felt confident with ordering these based upon other reviews, but, overall I am disappointed in them. I specifically bought them for playing golf. I somehow managed not to notice that there aren’t any pockets on the outside skort, only on the inner shorts part. That in itself is very frustrating. Also, the fabric on the shorts is very, very thin. That in itself isn’t necessarily bad, but there’s no support for the short part to stay in place, as I tried to show in my photos. The shorts ride up as I get in and out of the golf cart. That is very frustrating as I have to continually pull them down into place. It would help if the shorts had a better elastic around the leg or were a little more like biking shorts that are designed not to ride up. Lesson learned: be patient, order one pair and try them out. Unfortunately, I washed all of these before wearing them and discovered only after wearing them for golfing that they weren’t the best choice for me. Read more
