I had my eye on this bag because of its design because it's very functional. Its really great. I really liked the way it opens and you can see everything and not have to dig through it to find something like you do with duffel bags and mess up you clothes. I wear a size 9 women's shoe and I was able to put 3 pairs of shoes at the bottom compartment a pair of light-weight sneakers, flip flops and strappy dress shoes. And i still had room to add another pair of sandals and socks. In the main compartment, is roomy. When I travel I fold my clothes the same as when I fly small and use my carry-on. I fold small and organize everything so I can see it in a line. This bag is perfect. I packed a couple pairs of shorts, a pair of jeans and dress pants, 2 tee shirts, and a dress shirt, 2 sets of pj's, a thin zip up hoodie, my curling iron, comb, and hairspray. Just the basics. Because my mom and friends already have shampoo and all the basics I don't need to pack that. On the top inside is another zipped section. It comes with a little light weight thin plastic toiletry bag where I was able to put some toiletries and makeup in it. I also put a couple pairs or undies and bras. Big bras 34 D. They take up space. Lol. I love the design. This is my drive to mom's or a friends house for the weekend bag. For me, it would be too small for a weekend in Vegas if you wanted to only carry one bag, but a duffel bag would too small for me as well with all the different outfit changes needed, and way more toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, aftersun gels, things like that. For that kind of weekend, I will use this as an addition to my carry-on. This is a great casual weekend bag. The design is on point. I can't believe this is the only company making this design. It's nice but not top of the line luggage. You're going to pay about what you would for a decent duffel bag same size, but it's stylish it looks good I wouldn't use the long straps because I wouldn't want to put too much stress on the bag. The shoulder straps are strong & thick and go completely around the bag to prevent them from tearing off the bag if you overstuff it and make it heavy. I absolutely love this company and their products. These bags are so durable and very great quality. There is so much room and pockets everywhere!. The one reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is due to one of the zippers is not properly working and the bags opens. I don't think I will have a problem with an exchange.
