My back was hurting when I received this. Right away I took out of the package and saw that it was already charged for me, so I could use it right away. I put it on the highest setting for both the heat and the massaging. The heat gets pretty warm, but not hot enough to burn you. More so a comfortable level of heat. The pulsating from the massager is a very relaxing and doesn't dig into your back in an uncomfortable way like others I have tried. I like the fact that it's rechargable, so I don't have to sit in one place and can only move so far. I also love the fact that it wraps around your body and velcros, so it stays put. It also comes with an extra strap that helps it stay tight around your body, so it doesn't slip down. I've been wanting something just like this for a long long time. I highly recommend this product. Great belt with heat and vibration modes!!! Could be more adjustable for tightness and a little cheaper too (borderline four stars) but other than that I can wear this and get a nice heat massage.
