Great for the money.
Headset is comfortable. More comfortable than my PlayStation Gold headset. At first, wearing it would make my ears hot but I adjusted. The sound quality is good. Not better than the Gold headset. The volume control on the ear cup is super cool. I like that this is a wired headset so it doesn’t need charging. One thing I dislike is the inability to adjust chat volume and game volume separately. Read more

Average, Unremarkable. The 3.5mm plug broke on me.
The cord is short, about 40 inches. Probably perfect for Xbox or PS4 where you plug into the controller, but not really long enough for say a desktop computer. Detachable mic is a nice feature, but I never tried using it without it. Overall this headset is just average. A three star product out of the box. Alright based on design, features and price, but really unremarkable. Bumping down to one star because the 3.5mm plug is falling apart. The metal and plastic in the plug's tip is separating after less than two months of regular use, so now I'm unable fully plug it in anymore. The metal plug is rather fragile; looks like low quality and poorly manufactured. This is the first time I can remember, ever, on anything with a 3.5mm plug where the METAL PLUG failed on me. I'm outside of the Amazon return window so I will try a warranty claim. I'll update if LucidSound stands behind their manufacturing. Read more
