Just received them. So far so good. Very good voice and sound quality. comfortable in ears. I particularly appreciate that the Clamor model provides you with the ability to go forward one track and also go back one track - particularly desired if you listen to teachings or similar audio. Volume control requires your phone. No biggee - fwd/bkwd is way more useful for me. I do wish they had provided a small clip to attach the lengthy cable to a shirt collar etc. - but I did get that together from a prior unit. Good quality and clarity. Great on phone calls. Recommended. Register online for their 5-year warranty. Address is on the metal case inside - I replaced their case with an Altoids box - a bit larger and with an unloseable hinged top. Read more

The memory foam tips on these are not good, they revert back to shape almost instantly as well as not staying in my ear. (Found some spinfit tips that worked, the W1 works great with these) So I recommend getting these but not the buds with the memory foam, you can easily get a different pair from comply (Or elsewhere) that will work much better. Overall the sound is great, the usb-c cable comes out easily, but get the model of earbuds without the memory foam tips. Read more

The good news is that when listening to videos or music the sound is clear. Call clarity from the other person is also good. The not so good news: On calls, when I speak, there is an annoying echo. Next, Read the description carefully and look at the picture - there is No Volume control. Third, The ear tips are horribly difficult to put on and stay on plus serves little to no purpose regarding fit nor noise cancellation. Better off using just the main tip that is already installed that you have to fit the ear tips in.. Because of the poor seal, plenty of outside noise comes thru. I use these in a gym for 2-3 hours and bought wired again to end the EMF from my BT headset. I personally would not buy these again. Will spend a few more dollars to get a better ear fit that blocks outside noise better and has volume control. Read more
