I was so skeptical to purchase this set because of the price point and some of the reviews regarding the wheels. So glad I made the purchase. EXCELLENT quality, wheels are so easy to put in. My 13 year old was able to add the wheels himself with just a click. Beyond roomy. Wanted to love these bags! They look so good and the materials feel sturdy. First airport handling and trip, it got scratches and cracks that let the white material/base show. Also the base broke so its pretty useless now as with any weight the wheel will crack open. Dissapointed... **UPDATE** 5 stars for customer service. Seller reached out and showed genuine interest into fixing the problem I had. Got a full refund and hopefully production will be able to improve these great bags. Read more

SUPER impressed with this luggage set so far! We have a big trip coming up in early spring but we had a short one this last week so I bought a set for my husband so we could try it out now! It arrived nicely packaged! Feels very well made, zippers move nicely, feels lightweight ! I don’t know how it will hold up when checked but I plan to get luggage straps to protect the zippers! We had it in over head bins and had zero scratches or nicks! It’s a super pretty blue color! The wheels are like butter and the lock is very good for quality! I will be buying another set for myself! The TILYMOL 3‑piece luggage set has been great overall — spacious, lightweight, and easy to maneuver. However, the wheel‑locking mechanism definitely needs improvement — it doesn’t stay secure, which leads to the wheels coming off far too easily. During my recent overseas trip, I lost three or four of them, which made traveling much more difficult. I would really appreciate it if the vendor could assist with replacem tent wheels or a solution to this issue. The luggage has potential, but the wheel durability definitely needs attention. Read more
