Early results are promising
I think this just might work—time will tell, but after about three weeks of use, I’m already seeing some results. I did a little control test: shaved and used the laser on one leg, and only shaved the other. There’s a noticeable difference in regrowth, which has me cautiously optimistic. The device is surprisingly cool to the touch while using, and though it leaves a slight tingly sensation afterward, it’s not painful. Adjusting the flash level depending on where you're using it is key—what works for legs might be too much for underarms or more sensitive areas. I also strongly recommend wearing sunglasses with UV protection while using it—the light is intense, and the device doesn’t come with protective eyewear. The instructions are the weakest part of the experience. Most of the manual is focused on warnings, what not to do, and potential side effects. It’s not laid out as clearly as I would like, especially for a device like this that benefits from a calm, step-by-step approach. The biggest drawback is the cord. It’s long, so you have some flexibility, but being tethered to an outlet makes it harder to use comfortably. A rechargeable version would’ve been much more convenient. I haven’t used it on my face yet—I wanted to get the hang of it on larger areas first—but overall, I’m encouraged so far and will keep going. Read more
