This is a great camera for beginners! I am using it as a baby monitor in my baby’s room. The sound quality and picture are great. Has the ability to set up motion detection areas and monitors activity when it senses movement. I use this feature over my child’s crib to help alert me when they start waking. It’s so easy to set up right out of the box. It’s essentially plug and play and connects right to your existing WiFi. No subscription needed for use, but some features require it. I did not purchase a subscription and it does exactly what I need it to. Very cost efficient for what you get when compared to other cameras. Vision during daytime and nighttime is perfect. There is a minor lag when switching on privacy mode, but not enough for me to be annoyed since I’m technically not using it for security or moment to moment video. Privacy mode is an awesome feature that I use daily and love! It helps that the camera faces down also in privacy mode to give visual reassurance that unwanted sound or video is not being captured accidentally. Read more

This med. size camera works great. I like how it follows me (testing) around the area that I put it. The connectivity, picture quality and color accuracy are very good. The setup, it took me three X's to connect. I didn't test Sound quality yet, but the camera connects sounds are very loud n crystal clear. I just got these even after reading some negative reviews. The size is good and the cameras move quick when it notices motion, not so much when you're controlling from the app. A lot of reviews are negative that it costs $6.99 a month to store the video... that's less than a cup of coffee and it stores it for a month so I'm not sure the issue. The sound quality is iffy but I didn't buy it to eavesdrop on conversations, I bought them to show motion alerts and record motions inside / outside of my house. No connectivity issues and the $$ spent for what I got here, great value. As well as overall solid quality. They're not flimsy or feel cheap. I definitely recommend them, or you go spend 5x the amount of money for the same quality product but with a fancy brand name and no ai summaries. Read more

Love these cameras. I don't love having to pay for the video feedback every month but it's so worth it. I gave 4 stars only because they don't always pick up everything and they have a habit of randomly disconnecting from the wifi. The sound quality is great though, better than some even more expensive cameras I've seen. Super easy to set up. Picture quality improves for paid subscribers but is still decent without it. I’ve been using this security camera for a while now and it is pretty solid. Very smooth. None of the resolutions are behind a paywall. I do wish that more of the stuff was available for free that they have on the app but other than that no complaints.
