This is the oddest looking pillow I ever did see, but I was sold by the fact that it claimed it would prevent/relieve neck pain and it was designed for side sleepers. I usually use two pillows stacked, and as mentioned already, sleep on my side. This Lunari Butterfly pillow sat lower than my stack so I wondered if it would support my head the way I liked. Well, to my surprise I think I had the most sound sleep I’ve had it ages, I’ll tell you what. My neck does actually feel less stiff. I also thought that maybe it would alleviate or at least reduce my snoring as well. However, to my surprise, I actually snored 3-4x as much as when I used my regular two pillow set up, believe it or not. You may ask how I know this? Well, I set up a custom routine in the Alexa app to detect snoring sounds. Then in the morning I would ask her if she detected snoring and she’d tell me how many times she detected the sound in the past 24 hours (note that if you ask a newer Echo device that runs Alexa+, it will tell you that it can’t complete your request at this time; you have to be using an older Echo device that can only run Alexa, not Alexa+). I conducted this snoring test alternating nights with the Lunari Butterfly pillow and my two pillow configuration, and I was consistently snoring a lot more the nights I used the Lunari pillow. But I think the comfort of the pillow trumps the fact that I snore more so I plan to continue using this Lunari Butterfly pillow. It’s also nicely packaged in case you’re considering giving it as a gift. Just don’t expect to get it back into its box once you’ve opened it! Read more

This cervical pillow has been great for neck support. It offers a comfortable yet supportive feel that helps keep your head and neck aligned, especially if you sleep on your side or back. The memory foam has just the right balance of firmness without feeling too stiff. It stays cool throughout the night and it does not trap heat like some other memory foam pillows I have tried. A standard pillowcase fits over it without any issues, which makes it easy to incorporate into your normal bedding setup. Easy to clean as the outer cover is machine washable. We ran with machine wash cold with like colors. DO NOT wash the foam that is spot clean only. Overall, this is a very comfortable and supportive pillow. THUMBS UP! I sleep with a CPAP, mostly to stop snoring now. I've seen these pillows for side sleepers, which I am, that are supposed to decrease snoring and help with sleep apnea. I decided to try one. I would give it a week and see what happened. The first two nights I couldn't sleep all night with it. On the third night, something kicked in and I slept all night with it, and have for the last week. I will say it's a very comfortable pillow. It is just memory foam, but it has dips in it for your head (see photo). If you roll out of the dip during the night, you'll kind of sink back into it. The pillow comes in a fairly small box shown below. It has a washable cover, but my wife decided it was smarter to just put a regular pillow case over it to protect it. It would be easy to take the case off of it and wash it though, if you didn't want to use a separate cover (see photos of it unzipped). The pillow does a great job of keeping my head cool. I'm a hot sleeper and usually flip the pillow around when it gets hot, but this one dissipates the heat well and I haven't had to flip it around during the night. You're not supposed to flip it over, but I accidentally did one night and slept on the wrong side for a while and it was actually pretty comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 stars was that it really had no effect on either my apnea or my snoring. Truthfully, I wasn't expecting much on the apnea, as I have a really minor case of it, but my snoring can be loud. Even though the pillow was designed to reduce snoring for side sleepers, it really didn't help me at all. At the end of the day, I really like the pillow and will actually keep using it. If you're a side sleeper, I think you'll find it very comfortable. I can't draw a conclusion for back or stomach sleepers. Read more

I would recommend this pillow worth a try . There's nothing better than a goodnights sleep waking up relaxed and jot tired.
