Love these ankle boots. They are comfortable and cute. I wore these to go shopping at the outlets & my feet were not tired & my arches felt good. I have fallen arches so I can't walk much. This is the best product I can find in the market: 1) Fitting: the width is perfect. Other products are too narrow, or not long enough. 2) Instep is also very comfortable, I used insert and I need something that does not make me feel tight on the instep. 3) Comfortability and material: Very durable material, but also comfortable. I love the ankle fitting because it feel very supported. 4) Price: Price has remain about the same for years, any thing similar will cost me from $20 to $100 more and after buying them I always return them back to Amazon or other sites. 5) Fast delivery: Anything in general coming from other places will take forever to arrived, this company I have my boots in 2 days. 6) Style: I always received compliment for the model of my boots, full disclosure I can only wear boots. I cannot wear any other type of shoes. No sandal, or flats, only ankle boots. 7) Heel high: I have flat feet, and suffer in the past from plantar fasciitis. I can only wear certain heel. It can't be flat and it can't be high. This heel is perfect for daily usage. I only wish that they available all the time. Overall, I like these boots and that they are specifically made for people with wider feet and they're stylish. The width is good also. That said, the top is quite rigid for people with high insteps; they can cause pain after wearing for any extended period. Although I will continue to wear them from time to time, they will not be an everyday or even every other day shoe primarily bc of the pain it causes. When I wear them, I can't wait to get home & take them off, bc of the pain they cause on top of my feet. I do not plan to buy them again - ever. Still, they seem to be of good quality - just way too tight on top. Sure do wish they fit better; since it's too late to return them, I will prob try to stretch them out on the top, if possible, in hopes they don't cause pain, so I can wear them more often. These boots feel so comfy! For boots and heels my feet usually fit a size 9, but I ordered my normal 8.5 because of the width and others reviews. They feel a little roomy at the sides, but my toes are comfortable. I tried them on without socks, too, so with socks they'll probably be perfect. These seem very well-made. I recommend! Read more
