These are the best solar lights that sit on the ground that we have ever had. They are high quality, work very well even during winter months. They stay put in high winds using the ground spikes and the light quality is very nice. Our rear yard backs up to a country road and these solar lights allow for some added curb appeal and security. The media could not be loaded. These lights feel very high-quality, and feature bright LEDs, surprising bright actually***. They're great for illuminating driveways, pathways, or docks. The solar panel charges efficiently during the day, offering long-lasting illumination at night. ***One catch, I've noticed, compared to our older driveway solar lights (with fewer LEDs), these do NOT stay illuminated over night as well as the old variety. They are VERY bright at night, but over an 8-to-9-hour period, they dim quite-a-bit. Installation is straightforward, I just use caulk to glue them down. If you're looking for an eco-friendly, low-maintenance lighting option for your outdoor spaces, these are a great buy, and cheaper than many other brands. Read more

These lights are well done, lightweight, easy to install, seems durable. I bought a couple sets to line my driveway and across the front of my lawn. These lights are in the direct sunlight all day long. They only stay lit for about 4 hours at night. This is disappointing to me, because I was hoping they would stay lit until 2 or 3am. Sun goes down about 7pm right now. By 11pm, they were all VERY dimly lit- barely hanging on. Most solar lights should last from 8-12 hours. UPDATE: a few weeks after initial purchase/installation, the lights only last for about 2 hours. I'm VERY disappointed in the solar quality. The construction and presentation is gorgeous and durable and easy to install. The solar light duration is VERY disappointing. I will be installing something else to replace these. Read more

I have been very happy with these LUTEC Solar Lights, once I turned them on correctly. You have to push the button on the bottom to the side not just down. After that I bought a 2nd set of 4. I use them on walk of pavers in the back of the house going to the lower level. They are perfect, bright and come on every day even the cloudy rainy ones, also with a couple inches of snow. It is dark here at 5:15 and I am sure how long they stay on. Once they were on at 4 am, that must of been a bright sunny day. Some days they go off by midnight which is all I want, the deer don't need them. Read more
