It's a cute skirt. It's that material that could, "swish" but probably won't as the shorts inside appear to be the typical stretchy material. I opened the package and closed it back up immediately because it was a bit too short for me and I'm only 5'4" and the waist fit more like a Med which is fine, but I could not go for the length.
