I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice this skirt looks on and how well it fits! I no longer have much of a waist, but this skirt is very stretchy. Also, it has a zipper under the buttons that keeps the skirt from gaping between the buttons. Between the lightweight fabric, the stretch, and the hidden zipper, the skirt is smooth across my middle and looks really nice. FYI, I got the size Medium and typically wear a size 8 in pants. Super cute skirt! Very comfortable . I got a large and it’s very roomy. The lengths is to my knees. I could pull it up or down for my comfort level. The material is soft, light weight and stretchy. There are buttons but also a zipper so it makes it easy to get on and off. I haven’t washed it yet but don’t see a problem with that.
