The fitted king-sized sheet appears to be a thoughtful, high-quality product. Frankly, I was skeptical about the benefits of buying this, but there does seem to be a difference in the quality of sleep that I receive. My wife has observed a similar thing. It is not clear whether or not there is a placebo effect at play here, just to be objective about it all. We purchased this because of the higher silver content. The ground interface seems to be good and the connection to the house ground looks like it will stand up over time. There are ground access snaps at two of the corners so access to a plug near the bed should be easy to do. We put a sheet on top of this so that we would not have to launder it as often, so there may be some sort of insulating effect. The one thing that I wish is that there was some matching (non conductive, less expensive would be OK) top sheet and pillow cases. Since we use our existing bed linen, it was not a problem. Long term, my only other concern is how well it ages over time when we was it. That seems to be a major concern for items in this category. The manufacturer did provide a guide on how to check out its effectiveness, provided you own a multi-meter or something similar that measures resistance. This is admittedly a top of the line product and I am not sure how other similar products would work. At this point in time, this has been a more than satisfactory purchase. Read more
Returned after 3 weeks of nothing. Was comfortable but did not experience any of the benefits. 1 week update, I haven't had another headache while laying on these sheets. My husband still isn't sleeping well and hasn't noticed any difference from the sheets. Remaining hopeful, will check back in another week. The grounding sheet is packaged very well and was very comfortable. Last night was the first night sleeping on the sheets and I had the worst headache all night. I googled it and it says some people go through a detox process and can feel fatigued and get headaches. Not sure if thats what happened or not but just wanted to share my experience. My husband did not sleep any better in fact he might have slept worse. (He does not sleep well ever. I bought these to try and help him.) It was night 1 and we are not giving up.
