At first I thought the massager seemed very cheap for the price. Not going to be able to use it as often as I'd like bc it bruises me so bad. You have to apply your own pressure still bc it vibrates so lightly and hardly any heat. So I can't say yet if it actually does what it should. Will update again at a later date. Read more
This tool is great for someone sitting at their desk during the day, looking to add in small routines to help with their health. I was finding that I needed to move more during the day and I started doing a few different movements, and using the lymphatic massager has become one of them. I target an area for 5-10 minutes and have noticed that my skin is tighter in that area. The more I do it, the less bloated I feel too. I imagine that's because some water weight is being released from my lymphatic system. The tool itself is easy to use, and the battery lasts long enough for a few days of massage (although I try charging it at the end of the day if I remember).
