5/5 for the product. Nice clean smell and keeps laundry clean. I've been going through this bottle for a few months and no complaints on the product. Ordered another bottle and it came with a slit/hole on the bottom and leaked over the other item in my package. I don't think it's the fault of the product distributor. BEWARE OF DELIVERY!!! 1/5 for packaging and delivery. The bottle has seal tape around the cap but the package was delivered an amazon plastic bag instead of a box. No issues when I brought it in my home in the morning. Came home with a leak on my floor. They must have tossed it and it broke. Whoever decided to package it in a bag that has holes in it is crazy. Amazon isn't replacing or refunding without returning the item. Can't ruin a wholefood worker's day by sending a leaking item. I'll need to drain it and find it in store.
