Def waterproof - not completely smudge proof
This glides on wonderfully - absolutely no tugging, very creamy texture which I think is it’s best feature. Perfect for my 60 yr old slightly crepey eyelids. However it’s definitely not smudge proof. It appears to be waterproof as I tested it out by vigorously splashing water on my face and it stayed on. Unfortunately I was able to rub this off with my fingertip. Granted, and in defense of the brand, I had to rub firmly which is why I only deducted one star. My hunt continues for my HG waterproof AND smudgeproof eyeliner. I do like the Ofir eyeliners also sold here on Amazon. Their gold one wouldn’t budge - but I don’t wear gold that often. The black & dk brown shades (which I wear almost daily - way more than gold) are pretty resistant. Read more
