This is such a fun jacket, but it is so versatile. You can wear it with some trousers or a skirt for a more formal look or throw it on with a tank or simple top and a pair of jeans and cute flats or kitten heals and you are all dressed up. Actually, for the most part, the look of the jacket is conservative and proper, but the feathers at the bottom of the sleeves and the pearl and slightly blingy trim and buttons make it a bit fanciful, whimsical and fun. I ordered the jacket in beige, and it is classic and goes with almost anything. As for the fit, it seems to run true to size. I am quite petite (for reference - 4' 10") and I ordered an extra small. It fits me, but it is not as cropped as it probably should be, but that is because I don't even hit 5 feet tall. It does fit me across the shoulders, and I have a fairly narrow build, so may it run a bit small. Even the arms are not very long on me. Just pay attention to your normal sizing and if you between sizes, maybe size up. Now, this jacket is not cheap, so I would expect it to be well made, and it seems to be. Beautiful blazer. I like that it doesn’t have to be dry cleaned but can be if you prefer. The sleeves are so beautiful with the feathers. My only complaint is that I’m a size large so that’s what I ordered, but it’s a little snug in the midsection area and I can’t button it. For $110 this is slightly overpriced, however not so much that it makes it worth buying. I would recommend sizing up one size if you have narrow shoulders, and 2 sizes. I ordered up one size, and it is still very tight through the shoulders This seems to be well constructed however, the seams seem to be solidly sewn and the buttons are well attached. This looks very classy and the cut is flattering. The sleeve fringe is a nice touch. but can get in the way a bit. I was so excited to receive this beautiful jacket! It is excellent quality and a beautiful, classy design! The fit was great for me, 5'5", 160lbs. size Large. The feathers are a very classy pretty touch, along with the jeweled buttons and pearl trim. My pics don't pick up the nice sparkle from the jeweled buttons. I have mixed feelings about this blazer. I love the color and the different design elements like the pocket and the invisible closure in the front. It’s comfortable enough to wear as well. I think the length of it is also great, not too long not too short. I’m 5’3’’ and 120 lbs and I got the extra small. To me, it sits oddly on my body (see images). The front looks fine but the back and side show the puckering of the fabric which lessens the awesomeness of this blazer. I will tinker around with it and see if I can find a way to wear it without all the puckering because I do like this blazer. I’m not too much a fan of the fringe on the sleeves though. Ordered in beige, size M—this cropped tweed blazer has that dressy-meets-playful vibe. The feather trim keeps it from being too serious, while the cut makes it easy to style with denim or a skirt. The fit is structured but still comfortable, and the cropped cut hits at just the right spot on my petite frame. The tweed fabric feels high quality, and the feather trim gives it such an elegant, high-class look that instantly makes it feel like a designer piece.
