I absolutely love this product.But after 2 months and 20 days, one ice pack has split open. Was this a defect or an intentional flaw so we can buy more I don't know but if it was intentional, that's rather dirty. I'm leaving three stars because this is a good product as to how it enhances the hookah experience But if I have to continue to buy more, that's pretty messed up, especially within a three month time frame.
