OK first of all, WOW this thing will get on it! I’m a grown adult women and I treated myself to one of these bad boys for getting around town during spring/summer, had it maybe 24 hours and my 10 year old dumped it over and broke the brake lever, therefore a code was displaying and it had to do with the brake sensor. So I simply just emailed Honeywhale about which replacement part exactly I needed (I had provided pictures) they were quick to respond, and complete kindness, their sending me a new lever along with the videos of how to replace it! Again-I was just needing information on which item I needed to purchase as I was prepared to pay for the part, THEY decided to replace it without me even asking! The shipping was a little difficult because I was unaware that a signature was needed, once I finally received my scooters the screws where missing. The seller kept me informed the entire time and also sent the missing screws. I can honestly say the customer service was excellent. I gifted these to my 10yr Olds twins for there birthday and they absolutely loved them. The scooters are easy to install and go up to 30 mph with a 80 lb person and 25-30 with a 200 lb person. It's a little wonky and unstable if you move one of your hands off the handlebar even for a second. Otherwise, good bang for the buck. It's fast (albeit slow acceleration, like there is a software delay built-in, really annoying). It is also very smooth with its double shocks, especially if you deflate your tires a little bit. And it has taken me downtown and back a few times on a charge. So I would still buy again for the right price. ((software update to fix the issue please!!)) Read more

Updating: the company is great with their response time and they are correcting the issues and sending us new brakes. Changing my targeting due to their customer service. We have only had these two scooters for 6 months. Both brakes have already broken totally off the scooters. Now we have to figure out how to fix them. My son’s friends also broke in less than two weeks. Read more
