I really actually ended up liking the sound quality on these ones. They fit really well in my ear, they're very comfortable to sleep in I thought, and I could hear what I wanted to hear even if I laid on my side and my ear was on my pillow. They do beep when the battery is starting to die. It gives three little beeps, and then it waits, and three more beeps before dying for good. They're not highly intrusive, I did sleep through the beeps the night I tested these, but they're still beeping. Then as the bud goes off a little voice says "power off." The reason I ended up returning them was because the individual charge in each bud does not last very long. I only got 3 hours and 5 minutes out of the left one before it died, and the right one didn't take much longer after that to die. The description says up to 6 hours, and they only got about halfway there. So I guess if you don't mind only having a left one for 3 hours and a right one for slightly more you're good to go, but if you're trying to get a night's sleep, and the silence will wake you up, look for something else. These were exactly what my husband wanted. The sound quality is really good! They fit exactly like he wanted to, however they can get quite uncomfortable after an extended time wearing them. For the price however I think it’s about the exactly quality you could expect. The charging case that comes with the is very sleek and pairing them to his phone was quite simple. They have touch controls that seem to be very responsive, sometimes almost too responsive. This is not made for small ears. They hurt so bad putting them in and taking them out. I don't like the touch control. It's on the top, the part that goes into the ear which makes no sense, it's hard to get to. Also the description of this product on Amazon is different than what it says on the box. Transmission distance on Amazon says 12 meters and the box says 10 meters also on Amazon it says 6 hours of playtime and the box says 3 to 4 hours. If I knew this i would have never bought them. These earbuds were not bad at first, decent sound for the price and a small case which made them good for travel. But unfortunately the right bud developed a high pitched humming noise right after the return window closed. Annoying or possibly not good for the ears, so not usable, esp. for sleeping. Read more
