Customer service is second to none! My lid was cracked and the seller sent me two complimentary replacement lids right away! The replacement lids were the wrong style and the seller once again sent out a complimentary lid right away… which was the correct lid and straw! The seller deserves all the 5 star reviews in the world because when I say right away I mean right then and there! I like that you can see what your item looks like when you personalize it before you buy it! I like that the straw is “bite proof” because my toddler chews through straws and they become flat… but this one is a hard straw spout so it is ideal for long time use and the dentist would recommend it too since it is a straw style cup. My daughter needs a water bottle for school with her name on it so what better idea than a pretty and customized water bottle with her name on it for school! She knows it’s hers and everyone else knows it’s not theirs! The water bottle holds a copious amount of water for her time at school, too!
