I concluded that my shoulders and neck hurt because I always sleep with my head and neck in an unstable position. After that, I tried not to do that, but it wasn't easy. I bought it just in case and have been using it for about a week. It's not easy to sleep with your face still fixed, but my shoulders have gotten a lot lighter. If there's anyone who suffers from the same symptoms as me, I recommend it. Read more

I have been trying to train my body to sleep in my back, therefore I tried several pillow for that. So far, this is the only one I found more helpful for me. It has a good size to manage, not too soft and not too hard, it is very comfortable and stay in place all night long. Read more
I was looking for something for anti-aging and this pillow is perfect. It takes the pressure off the side of my face. I believe this will reduce wrinkles. The price point is also good. It comes vacuum packed. Once the pillow expanded it was perfect. Read more
I was looking for a beauty pillow that doesn't squish the side of my face when sleeping. I like to lay on my side, and when you do that with this pillow your face still gets scrunched. It might help keep you on your back so you don't lay on your side and therefore it protects your face. It's a very dense memory foam, and I didn't have any issues with the quality of the product. Love this pillow - just what I wanted. Side sleep without smooshing your face (no wrinkling)or sleep well on your back. I prefer side sleeping (supposedly it’s better for you than back or stomach). Cradles your head comfortably. I only wish that there were other covers that you could buy for it. The removable cover is machine washable. The foam with the thin sewed on cover blot cleans well - not machine washable (I wouldn’t anyway). I did partially dry it in the dryer- short time and low heat - and then air dried. Read more
