UPDATE: The plus side is that their customer service was very responsive and focused. Thank you! --------------------------------- The dock frequently loses its connection to the internal M.2 SSD slot. Only a complete shutdown and cold start of the Mac Mini allows the SSD slot to return to the Finder. Since I purchased this primarily for the expanded storage capacity offered by the M.2 SSD, this dock has basically become a physcial stand and little more. I can put my M.2 SSD in an external enclosure and use an existing port on my Mac Mini for better functionality. Read more
