Was skeptical at first bc many of the reviews say that it’s uncomfortable or doesn’t work. For me, once I got past the initial discomfort (yes, they are tickly and a bit hard), they actually do the job or opening your airways for easier breathing. I do wish their was some type of cushion wrapping them to make it ore comfy and I do find myself subconsciously taking it out in my sleep and losing it but all in all it decently does the job well.
