Love this belt - wear it almost everyday for work. It has not shown signs of wear and tear, and I have been using it since the end of September. You may pay a little more for this belt, but it is good quality and you won't have to be replacing it every few months - so it is worth the cost. The edges are not fraying or showing signs of damage - which is what I typically see with cheaper belts. I also like that it isn't too thick - it fits well on both my dress pants and jeans - it feels like it becomes part of the outfit....it melded right to my waist without the traditional "break in" period of some leather belts. I've been eyeing this belt since I saw it in Nordstrom a few years ago. Finally made it mine thanks to the Amazon Black Friday sale. This belt, in Medium size, is perfect for my wife. It is a well built; i.e., the leather is nice, soft and supple, and the stitching looks durable. It is just what she wanted. The problem, which cost it a star, is that the seller does not adequately define the size. What is "Medium," and what is "Large?" Due to some of the comments, we first ordered a Large, and found that this only fit in the very last hole of the belt. We returned that one (unfortunately I did not measure it first) and got the Medium which is fine. For the record, on this "Medium" belt, the center of the five holes in the belt measures at 36 inches from the end of the buckle. Why should we have to experiment, and why should Amazon then have to cover a return, when the seller could just provide the dimensions of the belt on the website? Amazon should insist that all sellers of similar clothing items must provide specific measured sizes, and not accept generic descriptions of sizes S,M, L, XL, etc., which are subject to broad interpretation. Great quality belt. Keep in mind it’s made for wearing at your hips so if you wear high waisted jeans, you’ll need to size down. I’m normally a medium but ordered a small and it fits perfect! Read more

This is a very nice belt. I'm 5'3" and weigh 155. I purchased a size Large in Pecan. Have plenty of room to buckle. The color is perfect for fall. Looks great with jeans or dressed up with my flare pants. Read more
