This box spring exceeded our expectations, good quality for a great price! Was super easy to put together. It is very stable, and does not squeak. We immediately felt a difference in firmness on our first night sleep. We have a foam mattress & a bunkie board as well, for reference. Not sure how long the velcro cover will last, but it definitely makes the sides look nice for now. Fit perfectly in our metal bed frame. just fyi: Definitely recommend using a cordless drill with a bit, over the allen wrench they provide (much faster). Read more

My old box spring was a wood frame, cloth material. A nine high inch box. My dogs are getting older and were having a hard time getting on the bed. This 5 inch box spring was perfect and solved the dog problem. The frame install was fairly easy. Comfort is wonderful, not noisy at all, very strong and fit perfectly on my old queen box frame. I would purchase again. For the install I used a cordless ratchet driver with a 10mm socket. Much quicker. Install in the same room. Read more

Purchased the queen box spring assembly. 5-star rating for the overall product itself. It is about 59-1/2" wide which sits within a 60" bed frame nicely (your bed frame should typically have a 1/2" lip on each side rail for the box spring to lay upon). Construction seems sturdy, I see no obvious reason it should or would fail structurally, time will tell. 3-star rating for assembly. The premise is simple, however, count on crawling around all over the floor like a kid in order to assemble (not so easy for this old body of mine!) The screws are coated with some kind of blue-vinyl on the threads, making it difficult to thread the nuts on the ends of the screws by hand or even with the useless cheap wrenches supplied. Do yourself a favor right from the start - find a 10mm wrench, and a cordless drill with an allen wrench attachment. It will save you from much displeasure, just do not tighten down all the bolts until everything is assembled. The corner pieces are a complete hassle. I had no less than 3 screw holes that were not threaded properly from factory. I needed to improvise, rethread them. Needless to say, I had choice words for this company by then! Cover is nice material, though it should have a better fastening system than just 2 pieces of velcro. This will NEVER hold over time. I love this box spring. I was putting it together alone so it took me around 45 minutes, however the 5 inch King Box Spring paired with my mattress was perfect! It’s the perfect height and it feels sturdy. I have a low profile bed frame which was lovely at first but I wanted to be higher up. This was great. This is an excellent product. The overall dimensions were spot on it fit perfectly inside my box foundation. The quality is excellent and assembly was pretty simple. All the parts were there and even a couple of complimentary spare parts were included, which was nice to have on hand. Bottem line is that this product is well worth the money.
