This is a very high-quality jacket. The fit and feel are perfect. I made sure that I ordered the correct size based on the chart provided plus while I was wearing a shirt, I had to make sure that what I was measuring was correct. Once I put it on and zipped it up, I touched my opposite shoulder, and it fit perfectly without any binding or stretching. It had the perfect feel to it. Other than that, the inner lining is very nice and keeps you warm perfectly and yet it allows perfect heat dissipation when need be. The hood on the top is detachable and does keep your head warm as well. There are inner pockets too which is roomy enough for a passport. The outer pockets are closable as well with a zipper. The main zipper is very solid and sewn on very well. There are snap buttons that are very solid and different from what you're used to seeing. This looks better than the tiny ones and large enough to snap closed with gloves. As for the exterior fabric, it's pretty good and smooth enough for snow to fall off if there is any. As for the stitching throughout, they're done very clean and perfect. There are no imperfections to this jacket but all quality stitching and appearance. Overall, I really love this jacket because of the way how it fits and feels. This is a really nice men’s winter ski jacket. I got this to give to my husband for Valentine’s Day with the hopes that will be hitting the slopes this winter. I really like the dark blue color and the fact that it feels very warm. It is large and puffy, but perfect for keeping warm. I really like that it’s lined with a soft fuzzy material, but the lining stops at the arms so you’re not going to get overheated in the armpit area. Because the arm area is not lined the arms don’t feel constricted. I appreciate that the hood is removable and that the zipper for the hood has a cover so it’s not exposed. This jacket has so many details you can tell the design was well thought out. I love the deep pockets, like these are massive pockets! There’s two outer pockets and two inner pockets. One of the inner pockets is a mesh pocket and the other one is a Velcro semi closed pocket. The two outer pockets are zippered and more secure. I like the way the zipper is on the outer pockets as well, they are smooth and don’t feel like they’re going to snag on anything or get caught on anything keeping your valuables safe. The jacket itself has a very smooth zipper with Velcro and buttons. Overall, this feels like a very well thought out jacket very nice design works as intended and feels high quality for the price. I live up north in the brutal arctic wasteland of the upper MidWest and currently we are battling sub-zero temps that are around the -20 F air temp even worse with the wind and since I have gotten this jacket I have almost been sweating in these temps because it keeps the wind out so well, and it super warm. For about the last decade or so my winter jacket has been my trusty Carhart jacket which is just as warm, but its a real game changer having a nicer looking winter jacket that has even more pockets than a standard Carhart jacket, 3 pockets on the outside (each side of jacket for hands, and 1 on the upper chest), and then 2 pockets inside one of them being a super large mesh pocket that fits a hat, gloves and more in it with no problems. Overall this is one of the nicest and warmest jackets I have had, super comfortable, and with the 2 zippers you can even un-zip the jacket from the bottom making it a lot more comfortable to wear while driving. This jacket absolutely exceeded my expectations. The waterproofing is legit — it handled snow and cold wind without letting anything through, and the fleece lining keeps you warm even on really cold days. This has got to be one of the best value winter coats I have ever seen. It is incredibly warm while also being super lightweight. It is comfortable, moves with me which makes it easy to be active like shoveling or skiing, and most importantly keeps the cold out. Period. The inside, including the inside of the hood, has a nice fleece-like fuzziness that makes it feel even better. There are multiple pockets that are large enough to hold everything you might be carrying. The hood cinches tightly, as do the cuffs. It has a bit of a bulky appearance, like the jackets NFL players wear on the sidelines, but it doesn't feel bulky when wearing it. This has become my everyday winter coat this season as we have been hit with temperatures in the teens and plenty of snow and ice. Big, big, big fan of this coat! Read more
