Love this type of shirt - it is like a lightweight dry-fit fabric which is super soft and breathable. The seams are all flat locked with no snags to irritate skin. I got this for my 13yo daughter as a practice shirt for softball. It does a great job of protecting her skin from the sun without causing her to overheat like rash guard shirts do. Perfect combo of sports fabric & sun protection. It washes well with no shrinking, fading or loss of softness. It is easy to customize w/ HTV - sticks great with no bubbling, peeling or discoloration of the shirt's fabric. I got a few of these to layer under sweaters for an upcoming cruise to Alaska. I believe they are going to be perfect for that purpose. I am a solid medium 5'4", 36D, 140lbs. The shirt fits close to the body but nowhere is it tight or uncomfortable. I would say it is a true to size medium but if you try to size down because these is some stretch to the fabric it is not going to be a good look. It is a fabric that will make people say "that shirt is too small for her". Trust. I love the high neck because I am not that girl who likes her sports bra straps to show. Seems like a great value.
