To Whom it may concern: I bought a USED Magnavox DVD Player TV Guardian from Blue ray for everyone for $29.99. I would NOT buy ANY products from this company. In order for the Tv Guardian to work, you have to purchase an activation code for $29.00. The company does not tell you that, when you buy from their company. I contacted Mr. Locke from blue ray for everyone. He told me, I was responsible for knowing if there was an activation code. What kind of customer service is that??? Blaming the consumer. How can this company advertise it's products and not know about the products it's selling. There was a day in this country; if a customer bought a product and it was NOT what he purchased, the company made it right. Those days are long gone. Beware, if you buy a product from this company, You might not get what you think your buying. The company, obvious does not check out it's products before selling them. This is a nice little DVD player. It could be a little smaller, but it makes up for it with how thin and sleek it is. It reads my DVDs extremely well without skips or freezes. I definitely recommend this product. Read more

I was not happy with my purchase. It didn't come with a remote but what bothered me the most was it said it had a built in tv guardian. I was excited about that until I watched my first DVD and it didn't take out any cuss words whatsoever! Extremely disappointed! Read more

The TV Guardian feature did not work in this unit even though the seller said the TVGuardian function worked; even the remote was dead. The seller did say however she would give me a refund. Read more

Not pleased, the tv guardian feature is why I bought it. Put in a DVD that was closed captioned and the language was horrendous. Obviously the tv guardian doesn't work. Very disappointed. Read more
