Good So Far! Not Ready to Pretend It Changed My Life Yet.
So far so good! I haven’t had any side effects, which is important to me because I’m usually sensitive to supplements. These are round tablets and I personally prefer oblong pills since they’re easier for me to swallow, but that’s just a personal preference. The tablets are completely tasteless and still easy enough for me to take. The bottle includes all the standard information a supplement should have: full ingredient list, instructions, allergen info, and a clear lot number. It was packaged safely and arrived in good condition. The price is also very reasonable for 30 tablets. I’ll need more time with this product before I can say anything about results, but if anything changes (good or bad), I’ll update my review in the next few weeks. I have rated this product with four stars only because I just started taking it and would like more time to decide how it compares to my previous supplement but so far it’s great. I use this product before bed to help relax my mind and body for sleep and I need more time to make an informed decision on it’s effectiveness. Read more
