This was a lifesaver on our cruise, it stuck right to the wall behind our bed, and now I use it in our bathroom. The magnet is very strong I stuck it right to my shelf arm in the bathroom. It’s loud enough to make the perfect white noise for sleep but quiet enough to not be annoying. It has multiple speed settings and is quite powerful! The light feature is perfect for not waking anyone next to you up but you can see well enough to read. It’s definitely a great value. I’m able to keep it plugged in so I cannot speak for battery life however I did accidentally unplug it one night on the cruise and it was still on in the morning on its lowest speed. I bought his is fan for my Class B camper van, hoping it would be better than the other small portable fans I've already bought and were so-so. THIS fan should win a Nobel Peace prize! How I used it: With my book and camp chair, I stuck this excellent fan next to me outside in the bit of shade from the back hatch door on the back of my campervan, aimed the fan at me, and was in heaven! I did the same inside, finding I could magnetically place it above my bench seat, where I stretched out in cool comfort and enjoyed reading my book. We bought this fan for a family cruise because the one we already had just wasn’t meeting our needs — and we were so surprised by what this fan can do! One full charge lasted all night (8–9 hours) with the fan on the low setting. We don’t need strong cooling, just some air movement while we sleep, and the low setting worked perfectly for that. We charged it during the day while we were out and about, and it was always ready to go by bedtime. The fan also worked great as a white noise machine, which I really like for helping me sleep. The built-in charging port was a nice bonus — we used it a couple of times when we ran out of outlets. Our ship was older and didn’t have many outlets or built-in USB ports like newer ships, so this feature really came in handy. The magnetic base is surprisingly strong — it didn’t fall off even when I accidentally bumped it with my arm. It also has three light settings, which was another thoughtful touch. We used the lowest light setting for the first two nights to help our daughter adjust to the new environment. So far, I honestly haven’t found anything I don’t like about this fan. We’ll see how well the battery holds up over time, but with another cruise planned early next year, we’ll definitely be bringing it along again. Read more

Perfect for our cruise although battery will run out overnight if not fully charged. Take it to every hotel room stay just for white noise and because I’m one of those who has to have moving air to sleep. Money well spent! Only drawback is that unless you have something magnetic for it to hold onto , the vibrations does make it move and it will topple over if not secured. Read more

I bought this fan because I'm going on a cruise. I like this fan it is small, lightweight, and has a lot of power. I haven't tried to charge a phone with it. I won't need it to do that. The magnet on the bottom is strong and will hold it on a wall or ceiling without a problem. I was very impressed with the amount of air that the fan moves. It is not overly loud and sounds like white noise which is a plus for me with sleeping. Hopefully it will work on the cruise. The fan also has 3 levels of LED lights. This is like a night light feature on low. But the highest lighting setting is good for reading by. There are 3 switches on the back to have the fan or lights or both at the same time, which is handy. The fan is well made and durable. I have tested out just using the battery to see how long it will last I hope to just use it to sleep with. I will follow up if it is disappointing. Overall I am very happy with the fan. I was able to get it on sale. That is the main reason after looking at the reviews which mostly favorable. I would highly recommend this fan for travelers. Read more

Booked an interior cabin on a cruise and wanted to make sure we had some air moving around. This fan is great for any small area (bedroom, office, bathroom area) and was perfect for the cruise as it is USB rechargeable, has multiple speeds, a lighted base with 3 settings, a swivel head, and (the best part) has a magnetic base which allows you to put it on the ceiling, walls, etc. as well as just standing it up on a dresser or counter. Even took it to lunch on the particularly hot days. The size, along with the multiple features, makes this a must have item. Will be ordering 2 more for home and future trips. This fan stayed on our cruise wall no problem and lasted for hours overnight on full blast! I usually travel in the autumn or winter but just went on a tropical cruise with family and wasn’t sure if I needed a fan. I AM SO GLAD I BROUGHT THIS! It’s not very big but it very powerful. Our room has a/c but it’s still very humid and I really don’t do well in humidity or heat and this fan made me so comfortable.
