First thing in the morning — before eating anything— I’ve been using one scoop (bag lasted about 21 scoops)— mix with about 1/4 cup hot water— stir well with fork— then I add a teaspoon milk. obly been taking every day for 3 weeks. have not seen any expected results. I tried as hit chocolate with water and the same with milk. It is vey grainy. doesn't have much of a taste certainly not chocolate. It is best mixed with coffee. Honestly does mot seem to even offer the "pick me up" that it claims. I will order a 2nd bag but if not results than I will not waste the money. Read more
